Welcome to The Elite Qiadat course. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our course and for the submission of business plans for potential investment. By enrolling in and attending our course, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment Process: Participants must complete the registration form and pay the course fee in full to secure their spot.
  • Payment Methods: Payment must be made via the course website’s designated bank account. Payments made through other methods will not be accepted.
  • Course Fees: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellation Policy: Participants may cancel their registration before accessing the course materials and receive a 50% refund of the course fee.

3. Course Access and Materials

  • Access: Participants will receive access to course materials and sessions upon successful enrollment and payment.
  • Materials: All course materials provided are for personal use only and should not be shared or distributed without permission.
  • Intellectual Property: All course content, including text, images, and videos, are the intellectual property of The Elite Qiadat and cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

4. Business Plan Submission and Investment

  • Eligibility: : Only participants who are enrolled in The Elite Qiadat course are eligible to submit business plans.
  • Submission: Business plans must be submitted through the course website (www.theeliteqiadat.com) by the specified deadline.
  • Selection Criteria Not all submitted business plans will receive investment. Only those plans deemed to be among the top best business plans, based on our criteria of innovation, feasibility, and market potential, will be selected.
  • Investment Amount Selected business plans will be eligible to receive investment up to 1 million.
  • Selection Process: The selection process will be conducted honestly and impartially by a panel of experts. The decision of the panel is final and binding.
  • Announcement: Once all required seats of The Elite Qiadat course are filled, the names of the participants who are selected to receive investment will be announced on the course website

5. Conduct and Participation

  • Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Information: We collect and store personal information necessary for course administration and communication.
  • Data Protection: Your personal data will be protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Liability

  • Course Content: While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality content, The Elite Qiadat does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the course materials.
  • Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own actions and learning outcomes. The Elite Qiadat is not liable for any personal or professional consequences resulting from course participation.
